4 cups cooked chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp tamari
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup packed finely minced parsley
black pepper and cayenne
1/4 cup minced scallions
olive oil to consistancy

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in food processor in batches. Blend until
smooth adding olive oil to thin if necessary. Mix batches
together in bowl. Can be frozen.
