4 cups cooked chickpeas 3 cloves garlic 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 Tbsp tamari 1/4 cup lemon juice 3/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup packed finely minced parsley black pepper and cayenne 1/4 cup minced scallions olive oil to consistancy
Put all ingredients in food processor in batches. Blend until smooth adding olive oil to thin if necessary. Mix batches together in bowl. Can be frozen.
