8 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour sugar baking powder and salt. Mix
well. Cut in butter with a pasty blender until evenly distributed.
This can also be mixed in a food processor in small batches.
Store in a container and use within 10 - 12 weeks. Makes about
10 cups of Muffin Mix.
