1 lb hamburger

1 small onion, diced
1/2 c celery, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/4 c parsley, chopped
1/2 t poultry seasoning
1/4 t sage
pinch each of oregano, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, crushed
4 c chicken broth or stock
2 c rice

Directions:
Directions:
brown hamburger with salt and pepper to taste, drain grease. Add onion, celery, green pepper and parsley, cook 5 minutes longer. Add seasonings and chicken broth or stock and bring to a boil. Stir in rice for 1 minute, lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until the rice is tender. Stir and serve with a little extra parsley on top.
