1 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. skim milk
2 eggs
1 c. bran flakes
1/3 c. corn syrup
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350║.
Spray loaf pan with Pamę.
Mix dry & wet ingredients separately and then combine.
Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean.
Cool and enjoy!
