3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini (2 - 4 zucchini depends on size)
tsp. grated orange peel
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. baking powder
c. raisins

Beat eggs. Add oil and vanilla. Add sugar and beat a few minutes. Stir in zucchini. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing thoroughly. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 75 minutes at 350.
