1/4 cup sliced almonds
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 head lettuce
1/4 head Romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped celery
2 fresh green onions, chopped
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges

Dressing:
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh parsley (may used dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook almonds in sugar over low heat until coated. Transfer to waxed paper and break apart before cooling. Place lettuce, Romaine, celery and onions in large bowl. Pour well blended dressing into bag; add oranges and shake until well coated with dressing. Add almonds and shake. Drizzle over lettuce mixture.
