Spray 9X13 baking pan. Layer in prepared pan....
1 C coconut
1 C pecans chopped
Prepare according to directions...
1 German chocolate cake
Pour over coconut and nut mixture
Mix well......
1/2 C Margarine (soften)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz. powdered sugar
