"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
2 sticks butter, melted 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 2 1/2 cups conf. sugar 6 Hershey's candy bars (about 9 oz. total)
Mix all ingredients together except for the chocolate bars. Pat down into a 9x13 inch pan. Melt the chocolate bars (if using a microwave, only heat for 30 seconds at a time and stir in between, otherwise chocolate will burn). Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting.
