2 cups raw peeled merlitons, diced small
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
2 cups white sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups self rising flour
3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients by hand. Bake in two 9X5 loaf pans at 325 for 1 hour.
