sól pieprz do smaku

Directions:
Directions:
Mięso umyć, zemleć razem z namoczoną i odciśniętą bułką oraz cebulą,
połączyć z jajkiem, doprawić do smaku. Następnie podzielić na porcje,
formować w bułce owalne kotlety. Kłaść na silnie rozgrzany tłuszcz, zrumienić z obu stron, potem dosmażyć na małym ogniu.
