Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
2 T flour
1 c. milk
1 T butter
2 eggs seperated
1 c. cut up rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingedients except whites. Beat whites until stiff and fold into pie mixture. Pour into crust and bake at 450º for 15 min and then reduce heat to 350º and bake an additional 30 min.
