1/4 c salad oil marinated with 1 clove garlic (1 hour)
1/2 c salad oil
3/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 T Worchestershire sauce
2 T lemon juice

Bib lettuce
Head lettuce
Parmesan Cheese
1 beaten egg

Mix lettuce with some parmesan cheese, toss in the beaten egg. Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on the salad, then the dressing, then add croutons.
