2 1/4 qts milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. rice (wash first)
1 beaten egg
1 T vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil and simmer until rice is soft. Beat an egg and fill cup with milk. Add vanilla and then add to mixture and boil one minute.
