8 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 lb butter
5 eggs beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
4 c. mashed potatoes
2 T saffron water

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer celery and onion until soft; add eggs and mix all ingredients together. Add mashed potatoes then milk. Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours.
