6 MEDIUM POTATOES
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
3 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
1/4 C. MINCED ONION OR CHIVES
1 Tbs. BUTTER
1 1/2 Tsp. SALT
1 Tbs. BUTTER (FOR TOP OF POTATOES)
DASH OF PAPRIKA

Directions:
1. PEEL POTATOES AND BOIL IN SALTED WATER UNTIL DONE.
2. DRAIN AND MASH
3. MELT SOUR CREAM AND CREAM CHEESE OVER LOW HEAT TOGETHER (OR USE MICROWAVE)
4. ADD TO POTATOES AND BEAT.
5. ADD ONION, 1 Tbs. BUTTER AND SALT. BLEND
6. PUT IN A 1-1/2 QT. -WELL GREASED CASSEROLE DISH
7. DOT WITH 1 Tbs. BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA
8. BAKE AT 400 FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN ON TOP
