2 CUPS COTTAGE CHEESE
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
2 Tsp. SALT
2 Tbs. MINCED ONIONS
1 C. SHREDDED CHEESE
PAPRIKA

1. DICE OR MASH POTATOES DEPENDING UPON TEXTURE DESIRED
2. MIX COTTAGE CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, SALT ONIONS AND TOSS LIGHTLY WITH POTATOES
3. PUIT INTO A 2 QT. BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH.
4. SPRINKLE WITH SHREEDED CHEESE AND PAPRIKA.
5. BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 40-50 MINUTES UNTIL BROWN
