2 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN
3/4 C. COTTAGE CHEESE
1/2 C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE (2 OUNCES)
2 Tbs. FINLEY CHOPPED ONION
1 Tsp. SALT
1/8 Tsp PEPPER
1/4 C. FINE DRY BREAD CRUMBS
1 Tbs. MARGARINE OR BUTTER, MELTED
2 Tbs. WORCESTERSHIRE

1, WASH AND TRIM BROCCOLI; CUT INTO SPEARS. COOK BROCCOLI, COVERED IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF UNSALTED BOILING WATER ABOUT 12 MINUTES.
2. MEAN WHILE, IN A BOWL COMBINE BEATEN EGGS, COTTAGE CHEESE, CHEDDAR CHEESE, ONION, WORCESTERSHIRE, SALT AND PEPPER.
3.ARRANGE BROCCOLI IN SHALLOW 1-1/2 QT. BAKING DISH; SPOON CHEESE MIXTURE ON TOP.
4. STIR TOGETHER BREAD CRUMBS AND MARGARINE; SPRINKLE OVER CHEESE MIXTURE.
5. BAKE, UNCOVERED IN A 350 OVEN 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
