Baking Potatoes
Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Directions:
The best way we've found to bake potatoes is the following: Thoroughly wash skin of potato getting all dirt removed. Poke holes all over potato. Take olive oil and wash over entire potato and then add sea salt to the top of the olive oil. Place in the oven directly on the rack at 350 for 60 minutes for 4 or less and 75 minutes for 5 or more. To cut this in half, put potatoes in microwave after washing and hole poking, on the potato setting for 3 potatoes. When finished, add the oil and salt and place in the oven directly on rack for 30 minutes for the crisping.
