> 1 can drained mandarin oranges (either size)

> 3 cups cooked rice (slightly cooled)

> 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (I prefer a combination

Marinate 5 cups cooked chicken cut into bite-size pieces with 2 TB
> apple cider vinegar, 2 TB salad oil, 2 TB orange juice and 1 tsp.
