1 1/2 lbs beef cubes
flour
1 can of beer
1 can of beef broth
1 bullion cube
1 chopped onion
1 T vinegar
1 T sugar
bay leaf
rosemary
1 can of mushrooms
1 small green pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge beef cubes in flour and brown in oil. Combine remaining ingredients and and simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
