2 eggs ¼ cup of butter, softened Dash of salt 1 ½ cups of milk 4 tsp. baking powder 2 cups of flour 5-6 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Combine ingredients, in order, in a large mixing bowl. Batter should be about as thick as cake batter. Heat griddle. Grease slightly. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto griddle. When pancakes begin to bubble flip over and cook until under side is golden brown. Repeat steps and regrease griddle as needed.
