1 can black beans, drained
½ cup sweet onion
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 can black olives, drained and chopped
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin (optional)
¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
¼ cup feta cheese

Mix ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with Tostitos© or Fritos©
