crust:
12 crushed graham crackers
1/8 lb melted butter

filling:
1 lb Philadelphia cream cheese
3 eggs
3/8 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tsp lemon juice

topping:
1 pint sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Mix ingredients in until creamy. Grease bottom and sides of springform pan and press crackers on bottom and an inch up sides. Pour mixture into crust and bake 35 minutes. Let set until cold. Mix topping and pour over cooled cake. Put back in oven for 7 minutes at 450. Let set for 4 hours.
