2 pkg. crescent rolls (reduced fat also works fine!)
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (or neufchatel) (8 oz.)
1 large green onion (chopped)
vegetables: Broccoli and cauliflower, green and red pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms
grated yellow cheese
optional: sour cream

Directions:

Spread out crescent rolls onto large cookie sheet, pinching and stretching dough to make one large sheet of dough on sheet. Bake according to package directions. Cool.

Mix cream cheese and chopped green onion. Add a little sour cream if the mixture is too stiff. Spread on the cooled crescent roll. Slice into squares (about 1 1/2 inch squares). Place cut up veggies on the squares in a decorative manner and top with the finely grated yellow cheese.
