1 lb. softened margarine
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup crushed potato chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by tablespoon on to a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

Aunt Adele's favorite junk food = potato chips. She gave my Mom this recipe for easy and delicious cookies using potato chips, of course.
