1 c Key lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 2 limes
1 box (3 oz) sugar-free lime gelatin
2 cans (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 reduced-fat graham-cracker pie crusts
Thin strips of lime peel and extra fat-free topping for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Put Key lime juice, zest and juice in a bowl. Slowly whisk in sweetened condensed milk until fully blended.
Whisk in thawed whipped topping until blended. Pour mixture into crust and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until frozen.
Garnish as desired.
