1/4 c sliced almonds
1 T plus 1 t sugar
1/4 head lettuce
1/4 head romaine lettuce
1/4 head red curly leaf lettuce
2 stalks celery - chopped
2 green onions - chopped
1 can mandarin oranges - drained
Craisins

Sweet & Sour Dressing
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 T sugar
2 T red wine vinegar
1/2 t salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of red pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Shake all dressing ingredients in tightly covered jar. Can be made day ahead of time but don't refrigerate.

Cook almonds and sugar in a non stick skillet over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar is melted and almonds are coated. Cool and break apart.

Add the almonds to the salad.
