1 pkg. doritos
1 small bottle of catsup
2 small tomatoes
1 lg. onion chopped
1 small bottle of taco sauce
2 lb. ground beef
1 head of lettuce
1/2 lb. grated cheese about 2 cups
1tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
brown the ground beef with the onion in a large skillet, stirring occasionally. Drain off fat. Blend catsup, with taco sauce, salt, pepper. Let simmer. Chop lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Place doritos or fritos on a plate, spoon meat onto doritos, add lettuce, tomato and cheese.
