3 1/3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. corn syrup (light)
2 eggs
6 squares melted unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Sift together the first 3 ingredients. Set aside. Mix together margarine and sugar with an electric mixer. Add corn syrup, eggs, chocolate, vanilla, and nuts. Mix together. Add flour mixture. The dough will be real stiff and may need to be mixed by hand.

Drop by heaping tbsp. onto greased baking sheet. Bake in 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
