10 quarts water
15 oz. package crab boil
1 large onions quartered
3 lbs. small sausages cut into 1 inch pieces
3 lbs. new potatoes
12 fresh ears or corn cut in half
3 lbs unpeeled large fresh shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil in a large stock pot. Add crab boil, onion, sausage, and potatoes. Return to boil and cook 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Remove onion, sausage, and potatoes with a slotted spoon to a large bowl or platter, Keep warm. Add corn to stock pot, return to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Remove corn and shrimp with slotted spoon to bowl with potato mixture. Serve with cocktail sauce if desired.
