1 1/2 lbs hamburger
4 T catsup
1 onion chopped
1 c. celery chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 c. milk

Directions:
Preheat over to 400º. Combine all ingredients and press into a greased loaf pan. Bake for one hour.
