12 eggs - separated
1 ½ c sugar
1 T vanilla
4 c milk
4 c heavy whipping cream
Nutmeg to taste
Liquor optional
Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Blend egg yolks and sugar until pale yellow and fluffy. Add milk and blend. Add vanilla and blend. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Step 2: Whip egg whites and then fold into main mixture. Whip whipping cram until peaks form and fold into nog. If interested you can add alcohol to the mix or individually.
