1 small container cottage cheese 1 small box orange Jello 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained 1 large can mandarin oranges 1 small container Cool Whip
Mix cottage cheese, orange Jello, pineapple and mandarin oranges (reserve 8 mandarin orange wedges for garnish). Fold in Cool Whip. Place 8 wedges in a circle on top for decoration. Chill completely in refrigerator before serving.
