1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Egg
4 fresh peaches/1 sm can peaches
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c oil
*Optional*
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp allspice
1 tsp graded lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bread pan. Combine all Ingredients from #1 list in bowl , make a well in the middle and set aside. Combine all #2 list ingredients, and optional ingredients, in blender or separate bowl and then pour in well of dry mixture. Stir just until wet and pour in bread pan. Bake 50 minutes in 350 oven. Cool before serving.
