1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, milk, oil and honey..
Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
Fold in blueberries.
Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.

I won Best of Show with these muffins at Spencer Fair in 2003. I always use frozen blueberries that I picked myself. Just rinse them first in cold water.
