Ingredients:  
1 lb. okra-topped and tipped (not chopped)
1 1/2 c water

Add:
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil okra and water for about 10 min. Drain and process in food processor until it forms a paste.
Add the next ingredients and mix. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Turn when brown.
