1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions:

1. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Brush olive oil onto chicken pieces. Put bread crumb mixture in a plastic bag and shake chicken pieces in mixture.

2. Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 F for 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear.
