Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 spinach tortillas (7-8 inches)
3/4 C peanut butter
1/3 C grape or strawberry jelly
6 cherry tomatoes
4 baby carrots
raisins
green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots lengthwise into thin pieces for antennas. Cut about 1/4 of the pepper into small pieces for approximately 48 legs. The tomatoes will act as the heads and raisins can be added for eyes.

Using a table knife, spread each tortilla with peanut butter and then jelly. Roll up tortillas to form spirals; press lightly to seal. Put the rolled tortillas on a cutting board. Cut each tortilla crosswise into five pieces. On each of six plates, arrange five tortillas pieces side to side, in a wavy line, with the cut side down to resemble a caterpillar. To make a caterpillar head put a tomato at the end and insert pieces of carrot for antennae. To make legs, arrange the green pepper.

Personal Notes:
These are so cute! I made a savory version of the above by using tomato tortillas and a mixture of cream cheese, green onions, salsa, and olives. I also used the olives for eyes.
