1 medium onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, diced (hold one out)
1 head lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
8 oz French or Thousand Island dressing
hot sauce to taste
6 oz bag corn or tortilla chips
1 large avocado
1 lb ground beef
1 15oz can drained kidney beans
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients through the dressing. Add hot sauce to taste. Crunch and add chips. slice and add avocado. Brown beef and add beans and salt. Simmer 10 minutes and mix into cold salad. Decorate with extra chips, avocado and last tomato.
