2 cups self rising flour (sifted)
2 cups sugar
2 cup oil
3 eggs
2 jars plum baby food
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients & bake in a bundt or tube pan for about 55 minutes. You can sprinkle powdered sugar over the top if you'd like or make a glaze for the top.

Yes, it really uses baby food, but it's a moist, cake that kind of tastes like a spice cake.
