3 lbs. fresh broccoli
3/4 c. garlic flavored olive oil
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
1/4 c. white balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut florets from broccoli. Peel stalks and cut diagonally into 1 inch pieces. Toss florets and stalk pieces with olive oil. Place a 15x10 inch jellyroll pan in a 500 degree oven for 5 minutes. Add broccoli in a single layer. Bake at 500 degrees stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Just before serving, drizzle with vinegar
