1 can white corn drained 1 can peas drained 1 can French cut green beans drained 1 c. celery chopped 1 c. diced onion 1 c. diced green pepper 1 jar pimentos 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. white vinegar salt and pepper to taste
Combine veggies. In microwave or saucepan heat oil sugar and vinegar whisking until dissolved. Pour vinaigrette over veggies. Refrigerate overnight.
