3 c. mashed, baked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. maple syrup

Topping:
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
mini marshmellows

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 4-5 large sweet potatoes. Cool, peel and mash with potato masher. Add sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, syrup, and milk. Mix well. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping mixture, except marshmellows and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Put marshmellows on top and bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until top starts to brown and marshmellows get soft and gooey!
