6 medium boiled potatoes with jackets on
1/2 c margarine
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c green onion finely chopped
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
1/3 c crushed cornflakes
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 T melted margarine in cornflakes. Peel skins from potatoes and shred. Heat margarine and soup until margarine melts. Mix well. Add sour cream, onion and cheese. Mix with potatoes. Put in 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle cornflake mixture on top. Bake for 45 min @ 350º
