1 lb ground beef
1 T chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
16 oz tomato sauce
1/2 lb tortilla chips
1 c cottage cheese
1 c sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb Monterey jack cheese shredded
1/2 lb cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add tomato sauce. Cook 10 min. Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream and chilies. Layer in baking dish like lasagna and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
