1 c butter 6 T powder sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 c flour 1 c finely chopped nuts
Cream butter, sugar and continue to beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and sifted flour. Mix well and fold in nuts. Shape into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15-18 min @350º. Roll in powder sugar while hot.
We made these for Chad and Syd's reception and they were really quite good.
