4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 2 qt. casserole dish. Toss together pineapple and bread crumbs, place in dish. Combine eggs, sugar and butter, pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
This is very good served as a dessert also.
