Sliced Almonds (Butter Toffee is my favorite)
Shredded Carrots
Cranberry or Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Optional: Sliced strawberries, fresh pears or mandarin orange slices

You can make as a single dinner salad or in a large bowl for company. Just add ingredients as you like. I do not add the dressing, as most people like to choose their own.

This is a quick and delicious salad to go with most dinners. It's one of Tom's and my favorites! The type of dressing you use is up to you - however, the cranberry dressing is a great complement. And the fruit is fantastic on it.
