4 cups finely chopped apples, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup oil, 1 cup chopped pecans, 21/2 cups flour 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp. cinnamon

Honey Topping: 1/2 stick margarine 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 3 tbsp. milk,3 tbsp. honey

Chop apples, mix with sugar. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff , then add egg yolks beat again. Combine apples and eggs, oil and remaining dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Topping: Boil all ingredients for topping for 2and1/2 minutes. Bake@ 350 for 1 hour. Pop cake out of pan and pour topping on top.
