1 clove minced garlic
1/2 shot lemon juice
1/2 medium tomato, diced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 T mayonnaise
salt
pepper
dash or two of cayenne powder
2-3 ripe avocados

Directions:

Using two knives, one in each hand, criss-cross through mixture until you obtain texture you like.
